Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Because many Chrome Rose Traveling Mercantile products are handmade or prepared in small batches, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, product launches, or holidays.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Rates — United States
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 for orders under $70
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more
- Express Shipping: $15.00
Any applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Chrome Rose Traveling Mercantile is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain the packaging and damaged merchandise. Photographs may be requested so we can help determine the appropriate resolution.
If tracking shows that a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier's claim process.
Chrome Rose Traveling Mercantile is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided with the order. However, please contact us if you experience a delivery problem and we will help where reasonably possible.
Heat-Sensitive Products
Some products, including wax melts, may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping. We package orders with reasonable care, but we cannot control temperatures while packages are in the carrier's possession. Softening or melting during transit does not necessarily affect the performance of the product.
International Shipping
Chrome Rose Traveling Mercantile does not currently ship internationally. International shipping may be offered in the future.
