Products and Availability
Many of our products are handmade, hand-poured, small-batch, curated, or available in limited quantities. Slight variations in appearance, color, packaging, or other handmade characteristics may occur and are not considered defects. Product availability and inventory may change without notice.

Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and display our products. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Fragrance descriptions and scent notes are provided as a guide. Fragrance perception is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that every customer will experience a scent in the same way.

Wax Melts and Home Fragrance
Wax melts, car diffusers, and other fragrance products must be used according to the instructions provided with the product. Never leave warming wax unattended, and keep fragrance products away from children and pets. Chrome Rose Traveling Mercantile is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use of a product.

Soap and Body Products
Ingredients and product information will be provided with applicable bath and body products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before use, particularly when allergies or sensitivities are known. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our bath and body products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Curated and Mystery Products
Bad Date with a Book and other mystery or curated products are intentionally sold with some product details undisclosed. Purchasing these products means accepting the surprise nature of the item. We cannot guarantee that a customer has not previously read or owned a selected title.

Orders and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Additional shipping terms are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property
Product names, original artwork, photographs, graphics, written content, logos, branding, and other original Chrome Rose Traveling Mercantile materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chrome Rose Traveling Mercantile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
